Information is accessible to people authorised to handle your enquiry and necessary technical providers: Netlify for hosting and form reception, and the company's email provider. Professional advisers or competent authorities may receive it when justified by the engagement or law. Enquiry information is neither sold nor automatically added to an advertising list.
Processing outside the EEA
Technical services and their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Retention and archives
An enquiry that does not become a project is retained for no more than twelve months after the last useful exchange, unless justified evidence preservation is needed. Contract information is kept during performance, then in restricted archives under applicable obligations: generally five years for commercial records and ten years for accounting records. An electronic consumer contract worth at least €120 is retained for ten years from performance under applicable rules. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and precautions
Under statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
