Submitting the questionnaire does not start a paid service or require you to accept an offer. Before any later contract, VORYNEXIS DIGITAL provides essential characteristics, total price and any additional costs, performance date or period, payment arrangements, guarantees and applicable withdrawal rules. This information and the accepted terms must be retainable on a durable medium, such as an email and its attachments.
Compatibility and agreed scope
The quotation identifies relevant devices, browsers, accounts or software, required inputs and scope limits. Necessary third-party charges, including hosting or licences, are disclosed before agreement. An illustrative diagram does not guarantee universal compatibility, absolute security or a commercial result. The service must nevertheless match its contractual characteristics and applicable statutory obligations.
Digital content and digital-service guarantees
Where a supply falls within statutory digital-content or digital-service guarantees, conformity defects existing at a one-off supply and appearing within two years fall within that regime. For continuous supply, conformity obligations apply during the contractual supply period. Necessary updates and other statutory rights remain applicable. The contract distinguishes such supplies from a consultancy-only engagement, which does not automatically fall under the same regime.
An issue after delivery
Describe the issue to business@vorynexisdigital.tech with the project reference and useful context, without login secrets. Where the statutory digital regime applies, conformity is restored free of charge, without undue delay or major inconvenience. In circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or contract termination may be requested. Any commercial support does not replace those rights. Mandatory protection linked to your circumstances or country of residence remains available.
