Enquiry and written proposal
The catalogue presents starting points, not a universal offer suited to every environment. An enquiry is reviewed without payment on the website. The quotation identifies the client organisation, authorised contact, objectives, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule and acceptance criteria. Work begins under a separately accepted proposal; a submitted form is neither a binding order nor a booking.
Budgets, third-party fees and changes
“From” prices are indicative starting budgets for the described base scope. Public consumer amounts include applicable taxes; a business quotation specifies the actual tax treatment and total cost. Excluded subscriptions, licences or infrastructure charges are disclosed before agreement. Changes to scope, dependencies or volume require an accepted addition, not an automatic hidden charge.
Collaboration, access and acceptance
The client supplies necessary content and rights, appoints a contact and maintains an appropriate backup of its environment. Technical access is authorised, limited to what is needed and shared through an agreed channel, not the public form. Review and approval stages are defined in the quotation. Delayed inputs may require an agreed schedule revision; silence does not create an unagreed automatic acceptance.
Payment between businesses
Payment dates and methods are stated in the proposal and invoice. Where legally applicable to a B2B late payment, interest is calculated using the European Central Bank refinancing rate in force at the beginning of the relevant half-year plus ten points, subject to the statutory minimum. The fixed recovery charge is €40 per overdue invoice; justified additional recovery costs may be payable under statutory conditions. These B2B provisions are not applied to a consumer.
Rights, confidentiality and disputes
Usage rights or assignments for a bespoke deliverable, handover documentation and future changes are specified in the agreement. Existing tools, reusable methods and third-party components do not transfer automatically; their licences remain applicable. Non-public engagement information is used for that engagement, subject to legal obligations. Liability and dispute provisions are tailored to the contract without removing mandatory protection available to the client. Cross-border enquiries are assessed for feasibility and the relevant rules.
