You may change your enquiry or decide not to proceed by emailing business@vorynexisdigital.tech. The site does not conclude a contract, take payment or start a contractual withdrawal period merely by receiving a questionnaire.
Fourteen days for a distance service
For a distance service contract with a consumer, the statutory period is normally fourteen days from contract conclusion. Before it expires, send a clear withdrawal statement to VORYNEXIS DIGITAL at business@vorynexisdigital.tech or 4 rue Docteur Bonhomme, 69003 Lyon, France. You may use the downloadable model form but do not have to. Keep evidence of your statement; no reason for the decision is required.
Early start and exceptions
Starting work before the period ends requires an appropriate express request, separate from a quotation enquiry. If you withdraw after a validly requested start, a proportionate amount for work actually supplied may be due under statutory conditions. Loss of the right for a fully performed paid service requires the legally prescribed agreements and acknowledgements. Digital content without a physical medium has separate express-consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements. A service being bespoke does not automatically exclude withdrawal rights.
Refund and applicable process
Where a refund is due, it is made within fourteen days of notification using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another fee-free method. Technical receipt of a project enquiry is not an acknowledgement of withdrawal. If a contract is later concluded through an online interface, the online withdrawal function and confirmations required by applicable rules must be provided for that contract. A downloadable model alone does not replace them where mandatory.
