Knowledge atlas

The answers exist, but they are scattered. We organise a focused knowledge base so people can find approved information without repeating the search.

A clear scope, before we begin.

Scope this project ↗
A structured knowledge base

The need before
the solution.

A procedure in a message, an explanation in a file, an instruction known to one person: information becomes difficult to maintain. The first task is choosing an authoritative source, not simply adding more content.

The pilot covers twenty articles supplied or approved by you. We define a hierarchy, an article template, a simple search index and a review rule. A sample is checked for clarity before the remaining articles are integrated.

INTERACTIVE EXAMPLE — FICTIONAL DATA, NOT CUSTOMER SOFTWARE.

Procedures

One article explains an action, its context and review date.

01

Three signposts for every article

01

Purpose

A precise title identifies the question without creating competing variations.

02

Reference

An approved source and an owner distinguish the authoritative version.

03

Review

A review date signals when to check content, without claiming it is always current.

02

When an answer needs to change

01

Locate

The relevant article remains identifiable in the index and its context.

02

Review

Its owner checks the substance before replacing the published version.

03

Explain

A short note helps readers understand what has changed.

THE HANDOVER

What takes shape.

  • 01A hierarchy and search index
  • 02A reusable article template
  • 03Integration of up to twenty articles
  • 04A publishing and review guide
ILLUSTRATIVE SITUATION, NOT A CUSTOMER CASE

Illustrative scenario: a group finds an onboarding procedure and recognises its approved version. This is not a client case study.

Explicit boundaries.

One knowledge base and one language. AI chatbots, extensive subject-matter writing, bulk migration and perpetual updating are excluded. Licences, hosting and maintenance are agreed separately.

What we prepare together

  • ↗Content and publication rights
  • ↗The categories people actually use
  • ↗A person responsible for approval

Before getting started.

Is the copy written from scratch?

Structure and integration are included; subject-matter content must be supplied or approved. Additional writing needs a separate quote.

Does the base answer questions automatically?

No. This pilot provides simple organisation and search, without generated answers or a conversational assistant.

THE NEXT STEP

A project to clarify?
Let’s put it in perspective.

A few details are enough to start a useful conversation. No payment or commitment through the form.
