A recurring report is useful only when its source, period and calculation rules are understood. An elegant presentation must not conceal missing information or an ambiguous definition.
The pilot uses one CSV file, three agreed indicators and one output format. We prepare reading rules, a report template and a generation frequency. Any sending step depends on an authorised account and settings checked together.

Does the report fix errors in the source?
No. Missing or inconsistent values are flagged; subject-matter corrections still require approval.
Is automatic sending guaranteed without a configured account?
No. The channel, its costs and its operation must be authorised and tested before production use.
